    In this session of Mentoring101 by Coach Me, we talk to Sareen Deoja, the front man for Monkey Temple, and really explore his drive, inspirations and his strategy for success. We talks about his mistakes, setbacks and failures and how he truly deals with them. Monkey Temple is an alternative rock band formed by high-schoolers in 1998 but drifted apart after releasing their first album "Black Bee and The Flower" in 2001. They reformed the band with one former member, Sareen Deoja, and a new lineup. They released their new album "Shades of Grey" in 2012. This band's new lineup includes Sareen Deoja on vocals and guitar, Dipesh Shrestha on guitar, Jenish Maharjan on bass, and Pratap Risal on drums.     In this session of Mentoring101, we talk to Madhurima Bhadra as she shares her challenges, victories and her strategies for success.  Dr. Madhurima Bhadra, wears multiple hats from Senior Public Health  & Gender practitioner to Radio Jockey to Lecturer to Coach. She has over 19 years of cumulative experience as a  mentor & trainer, project manager, program evaluator, policy researcher and advocate in both development and humanitarian (Sexual & Reproductive Health (adult and adolescent), Mental Health, Nutrition, mHealth, Gender and Social Inclusion, GBV &WASH-MHM) context. She hosted Radio shows on sex and women artists from 2012 to 2015. She is also a gender and LGBTQIA advocate and believes advocacy can be expressed through theater and creation of safe spaces to share and discuss these issues. She directed and produced The Vagina Monologues in 2020. Presently she continues lecturing on health in humanitarian situations, health policy, feminist research methods, and project/program management at Kathmandu University, Tribhuwan University and Mid-Western University. She also facilitates sessions on Menstrual Hygiene Management and Sex, Pleasure & Consent to adolescents and young women.   She enjoys learning new skills and is a nerd about knowledge.
