  1. 62. When Certainty Collapses: Meaning, Myth & the Healing Path with Kristina Dryža

    62. When Certainty Collapses: Meaning, Myth & the Healing Path with Kristina Dryža

In this week’s conversation, Tracy is joined by Kristina Dryža for a deep and thoughtful exploration of what happens when the structures we rely on begin to fall away. Together, they speak into the spaces many of us find ourselves in moments where certainty dissolves, familiar identities no longer fit, and life invites us into the unknown. Rather than rushing to fix or make sense of these moments, this conversation gently reframes them as meaningful thresholds. Kristina brings a mythic and archetypal lens to the discussion, sharing why stories, symbols, and ancient ways of understanding the human experience matter now more than ever. Tracy weaves this together with her lived experience and constellation perspective, exploring how meaning, ancestry, and belonging support us when logic alone is not enough. This episode is an invitation to slow down, listen, and consider how healing can emerge not from certainty, but from learning to walk alongside uncertainty with curiosity and respect. Kristina also references her TEDx talk, “Archetypes and Mythology: Why They Matter Even More So Today”, which beautifully complements this conversation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2o4PYNroZBY If you are navigating a season of not-knowing, questioning old narratives, or sensing that something deeper is asking for your attention, this conversation offers a spacious place to rest and reflect. 2. 60. When the Heart Leads: Constellations Beyond Method and Into Life with Lucìa Vàzquez

    60. When the Heart Leads: Constellations Beyond Method and Into Life with Lucìa Vàzquez

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy Cartwright is joined by Lucia Vàzquez, a Systemic Family Therapist and Family and Business Constellations Facilitator who integrates ancestral wisdom, the Mayan Calendar, and organisational systems into heart-led constellation work from Mexico, for a deeply heart-led conversation about what it truly means to live constellation work, not just practice it. Lucia shares her philosophy of seeing constellations through the heart, where healing happens beyond the mind, beyond story, and beyond emotion. Together, Tracy and Lucia explore the heart as an intelligence that holds memory, ancestry, soul, and divinity, and how allowing the heart to lead can help us find our rightful place in family, business, relationships, and life itself. This conversation moves gently through themes of ancestral memory, taking one’s place, reconciliation, business and organisational constellations, money and order, and Lucia’s integration of ancient Mayan wisdom and mandalas as living maps of the soul. This episode is an invitation to listen differently, to feel rather than analyse, and to remember that when the heart leads, life begins to reorganise itself with grace. 3. 59. Raquel Schlosser on Transgenerational Trauma and Family Constellations

    15 JAN

    59. Raquel Schlosser on Transgenerational Trauma and Family Constellations

Join us for an inspiring conversation with Raquel Schlosser, a Mexican psychologist, pioneer in professional Family Constellations, and founder of the Institute for Transgenerational Studies. With over 45 years of experience in psychology and 30 years in transgenerational work, Raquel has dedicated her life to uncovering hidden patterns of trauma across generations from survivors of war and political persecution to those affected by domestic violence and social injustice. In this episode, Raquel shares her extraordinary journey: studying with Bert Hellinger, translating and editing his work, and creating a multidisciplinary approach that bridges systemic constellations, psychoanalysis, social responsibility, and gender perspectives. She explains how conscience, responsibility, and unspoken family dynamics shape our lives, offering insights into how we can advance rather than just “heal.” Through touching personal stories including taking her father, an Auschwitz survivor, to Hellinger’s conference and teaching her daughter the “movements of the soul”, Raquel reveals the depth, humanity, and transformative power of her work. Raquel will be the fourth leading facilitator at the ANZCI Family Constellations Immersion in New Zealand this April, and she also runs workshops in Israel, Argentina, and beyond. 57. Trusting the Field of Family Constellations with Mariko Schmidtauer

In this episode of Constellations & All That, Tracy Cartwright is joined by Family Constellations facilitator Mariko Schmidtauer for a rich, spacious conversation about what it truly means to trust the field. Together, they explore Mariko’s international journey from corporate life into systemic and somatic healing, and how Family Constellations found her through synchronicity, embodiment, and deep inner listening.  Mariko shares how her work has been shaped by nature awareness, ceremony, trauma-informed practice, and Compassionate Inquiry — and why presence, safety, and integration are essential to meaningful healing. This conversation weaves through group and individual constellations, working online and across distances, honouring the body’s wisdom, and allowing what has been hidden in family systems to finally be seen.  Tracy and Mariko also reflect on facilitation ethics, holding safe containers, releasing roles, and the profound healing that happens through witnessing, rest, sound, and embodied experience. A nourishing listen for facilitators, practitioners, and anyone curious about the deeper layers of Family Constellations and systemic healing.
