    80. Listening to the Land: Nature Constellations and Ancestral Wisdom with Aiste Samsonovaite

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy is joined by Aistė Samsonovaitė, a Family Constellations facilitator from Lithuania, psychologist, pilgrim, and a woman deeply devoted to ceremony, ancestral wisdom, and listening to the land. Together they explore the profound relationship between ancestors, nature, belonging, and healing, weaving stories from Aistė's personal journey, her work with Family Constellations, and her experiences walking sacred paths around the world. From hidden family stories and ancestral loyalties to nature constellations, sacred sites, and Indigenous teachings, this conversation invites us to remember that we are part of something much bigger than ourselves. The land, our ancestors, and the stories that came before us all have something to teach us when we take the time to listen. In this episode, we explore: • Nature and land constellations • Ancestral healing and family stories • Belonging, identity, and connection • Sacred ceremony and relationship with the land • Honouring ancestors—past, present, and future • The wisdom that lives within our ancestral lines To learn more about Aistė's work, upcoming workshops in Glastonbury and beyond, or to book an online session, visit soulfulancestry.com or connect with her on Instagram @aiste.constellations.  I’d love to hear what resonates with you—drop me a message on Instagram @tracy.cartwright  and for more insights visit my website at tracycartwright.co.nz ***  🎙️ Want to join the constellation community or learn more? 79. What You're Carrying May Not Be Yours with Fernanda Vitale

What if the challenges you're facing didn't begin with you? In this episode of Constellations and All That, I sit down with Fernanda Vitale to explore how Family Constellations can help us see our lives, relationships, and experiences through a different lens. Fernanda shares her own journey into this work, the constellation that changed the way she understood her family story, and how systemic awareness has shaped her work with children, families, and young people. Together, we explore how patterns can repeat across generations, what it means to take responsibility without blame, and why awareness can open the door to new choices. In this conversation, we discuss: • How Fernanda first discovered Family Constellations • Generational patterns and unconscious loyalties • Why awareness creates choice • The difference between blame and responsibility • How systemic thinking changes the way we see others • The ripple effects of healing within families • Why what we're carrying may not always belong to us One of the most powerful ideas from this conversation is that many of the struggles, behaviours, and patterns we experience may be connected to something larger than ourselves. Not everything starts with us. Sometimes healing begins when we pause long enough to see the bigger picture. 76. Family Constellations and the Root System Beneath Us with Suzi Tucker

In this episode of Constellations and All That, Tracy sits down with Suzi Tucker for a rich and heartfelt conversation about Family Constellations, ancestral patterns, and the deeper “root system” beneath our lives. Suzi is a respected presenter, teacher, facilitator, and writer. As cofounder of Zeig, Tucker & Theisen, Publishers, she played a pivotal role in introducing Family Constellations to the United States and went on to organise the first Family Constellation classes with Harald Hohnen. Together, Tracy and Suzi explore how family systems shape us, how secrets and inherited patterns live within us, and why curiosity can often take us further than trying to fix everything. Suzi also shares her journey working closely with Bert Hellinger and helping publish foundational constellation books such as Love’s Hidden Symmetry, along with reflections on grief, belonging, and what it means to remain a forever student of this work. She is also the author of Gather Enough Fireflies and several forthcoming titles exploring life, facilitation, and deeper ways of seeing. This conversation is full of wisdom, tenderness, and powerful reminders that healing often begins beneath the surface. A beautiful reminder that we are never standing alone.  To learn more about Suzi and her work, visit suzitucker.com I’d love to hear what resonates with you—drop me a message on Instagram @tracy.cartwright  and for more insights visit my website at tracycartwright.co.nz *** 🎙️ Want to join the constellation community or learn more?
