Life advice for everyone

I can’t speak highly enough of this podcast, it’s full of life advice on everything you didn’t even know you needed but wish you’d had years ago. You will become a better more emotionally intelligent person, absolutely everyone will benefit. you can listen to the same episode multiple times and learn something new every time. Everyone needs more Alexis in their life.
