Quality banter and interviews

Down to earth banter backed up by genuine experience and diverse views which aren’t diluted. The interviews are quality because they explore ground which others often don’t. This is possibly because the hosts have the existing relationships and cred with the running fraternity.

SiNZ--1 ,

Entertaining

Good discussion between some entertaining runners on various running topics followed by an interview with someone of note.
