The MMA hour is the best insight in to the MMA sport world. The host Ariel interviews the big names regarding current topics within MMA. Many interviews are done by phone which results in poor sound quality but this can't be helped. The show is very long but you can use the time stamps in the description to fast forward to hear from the guests you are interested in. My favorite part of the show is when Ariel brings in New York Rick (NYR), the "production guy", and they talk for ten minutes about how stupid NYR's appeareance is. If you enjoy MMA, this is a podcast you need to listen to that will make your commute or mundane task more enjoyable and increase your knowledge of the sport.
