Build a better you

Over the last two years I have made some massive changes to how I look and feel. Others see the physical transformation but it is the holistic approach encouraged by Ben and his guests that has made the biggest difference. Ben broadens my mind, challenges me and has helped me develop an all-round approach to building a better me. I now focus on continuous improvement, being consistent, the people that matter the most and the importance of optimisation and recovery. I love the recent addition of Ashleigh to the podcasts as she is the perfect foil and yin to Ben's yang.
