I am Christian first and Feminist second.
The debate of whether Feminism and Christianity are mutually exclusive has gone on for ages and will continue to go on because we lack understanding of both. In this two part series i hope to in Part 1. Set the scene of what feminism is and why Feminism and Christianity can be mutually inclusive as well as why I personally believe Christianity gives me the grounds to be a feminist and in part 2. we will dig into the scripture that really makes feminists uncomfortable, chat about gender roles and why some Christians are strongly against Feminism.
