#22 - Post 10mila depression cure
Ralph toed the line at the “new 10mila” as the only one of the boys. What happened to Magnus? How many men did Tim service? And could Tim provide Ralph with some TP and avoid the nattmagen even as a service man? We discuss some of the highlights from an eventful night such as could Bækkelaget beat Farum Tisvilde? And did Ralph even get home after alarmingly having the Swedish police after him. Finally we catch up on some of the animal stories from a few episodes back

#20 - Runner's High
Have you got the munchies? In this 420 episode the boys discuss what kind of food they want named after them, how the Strava Club is going, and how sick Matthias Kyburz's marathon time really is. We also go through the inbox looking at tales of harassment while running orienteering, are Brits the main risk factor? Ralph has a quiz, can Magnus finally claim a victory?
-
#19 - The Cortisone Eggspert
Ralph has organised a surprise for the boys, the first ever live guest! Brodie Nankervis, the pod’s official medical advisor, is here to answer some vital questions; so refreshing to have an actual expert on so we don’t have to do any guessing. Magnus has been racing over Easter with Farum Tisvilde, what does he think of the first edition of the Swedish Relay league (Stafettligan)? Is Ralph still the best sprinter in the UK? Is Tim the best sprinter in his family? The boys have been watching the season start and have come to some shocking conclusions
-
#18 - The Taylor ConsPiracy
One of the boys turns out to be a Swiftie, what did he catch at her concert? Ralph has a new dilemma for Tim and Magnus, this time about the rules regarding break ups. We have a new quick fire news section where you get to learn who eats baby cereal for breakfast, how pirates in the Red Sea are affecting orienteering, and other very important orienteering news. Also up for discussion is a potential new idea for the Knock-Out Sprint, the boys get nerdy to talk and the pros and cons
-
#17 - Deportations and Doping
WADA you doing? We talk doping as Ralph has been picked for an exclusive list after running questionably well last year. Tim and Ralph try the exact same new way to get injury free despite having different injuries. And shockingly, none of the boys follow the correct towel service etiquette. Magnus gets some valuable advice regarding easy sprint trainings and headlamps and he shares how he got denied entry to Sweden.
