    In the following conversation I chat with Aya Wild — Explorer of the unconscious, guiding others home through radical gentleness.Raised in an isolated religious cult, Aya learned early what it meant to be silenced and cut off from her own body. After escaping, she spent the next decade diving into trauma, bodywork, and plant medicine to learn how to hold what others turn away from. She now walks with those whose experiences fall beyond the limits of mainstream healing, people who’ve been shut down, labelled, or offered only superficial explanations for their pain. Aya helps them clarify their trauma, resource their bodies, and find safety in what was once unbearable. With a B.A. in Integrative Therapies for Trauma from Mount Holyoke College, along with training in Complex Trauma, Rosen Method Bodywork, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Chi Gong/Tai Chi, Aya brings both lived experience and embodied skill to every person she walks beside.     In this episode I chat with Hayley Lowe a visionary artist, intuitive healer, and soul guide from New Zealand whose bird-filled canvases and energy work offer more than beauty—they offer transformation. Hayley’s journey into the spiritual and creative realms didn’t start in a meditation circle. It began after the birth of her second child, when postnatal depression cracked open the carefully constructed life she once led as the head of a successful branding agency. What followed was an unplanned awakening—messy, raw, and deeply profound. Through intuition, synchronicity, and a string of spiritual nudges she couldn’t ignore, Hayley uncovered her natural gifts as a clairvoyant, clairsentient, and claircognisant. Since then, she’s spent over a decade guiding others through emotional healing, soul remembering, and energetic transformation, often working with ancestral lines and subtle realms beyond the veil. More recently, Hayley has begun weaving her intuitive gifts back into her art. Her paintings—often featuring birds as messengers of freedom, guidance, and soul connection—are quickly becoming portals of their own: energetic sanctuaries that invite resonance, reflection, and renewal. They are absolutely beautiful.     Lisa Jane Spencer is an artist, primarily through comedy & music. She is best known for her comedy skits and impersonations on social media. She grew up in Melbourne writing songs on her piano and guitar. She has performed her songs across the East Coast of Australia, as well as in Canada for Canadian Music Week in Toronto. Lisa released music from 2017-2021 under the artist name of “Aeora”, where she released 4 EP’s - some produced entirely by her. Lisa will be releasing her debut album under her full name very soon, titled “I Am”. The title track was released mid year. The comedy began in January this year (2024) as just a fun idea. Lisa had no intention of doing comedy, but somehow just came up with these funny videos to express herself. To her surprise, they started to go viral pretty instantly and gained her a large following. Her next steps are focusing on creating more fun videos and a stand up show that she hopes to tour.
