    #13 Sarah Neblett-Lindo In this episode I’m speaking with Sarah Neblett-Lindo I met Sarah 12 years ago when I joined a new company and Sarah was working in the HR MAC (Management Advisory Centre) and within my role I would have the pleasure of liaising with Sarah on any employee relations issues within my area of the business.  We developed a great working relationship and re-connected a couple of years ago when Sarah wanted me to do some work at her company around Imposter Syndrome.     #12 Katherine Fitzpatrick - reframing setbacks and getting close with your Imposter

    #12 Katherine Fitzpatrick In this episode I’m speaking with Katherine Fitzpatrick I met Katherine online a few years ago and it was lovely to connect with her as she is also local to where I live.  Despite that we’ve only ever met up once a couple of years ago at a supper club event but I’m hoping to enjoy a dog walk with her soon! Katherine is a mum of two and works as a senior manager in the Prison Service, which she joined in 2004. Towards the end of high school Katherine lost her focus on education and career direction but refocused and returned to education, gaining a degree in 2000. She enjoys the challenges that leadership brings and developing her team whilst focusing on her own personal development. Katherine took on the challenge of studying for a Master's degree earlier this year in Senior Leadership and is looking forward to furthering her career. Who is London based, married to Nick and works as the Group Operations Director at an international investment house.  Victoria left school at 16, has lived and worked in Africa, America and Australia and has been back in the UK for 15 years.  Divorced, re married, fat, thin, unfit, fit, employer, employee, first time mum at 40 and on a path of self-discovery.     #10 Rebecca Ellison In this episode I’m speaking with Rebecca Ellison I met Becky at a networking event 5 years ago and since then we have become great friends as well as Becky helping me professionally with the impact of long term stress on my body. Rebecca is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist specialising in Lyme Disease/CFS/mold illness and all things chronic illness. Her passion is to find the root cause of her clients health issues and rebuild from there with functional testing, nutrition, lifestyle changes and nutritional supplements. After a 15 year battle with Lyme Disease she is now fully recovered and living a life nobody in the medical community ever thought possible. She is now married and running round after her toddler and cockapoo.     #9 Le’Nise Brothers In this episode I’m speaking with Le’Nise Brothers I heard Le’Nise speak at Stylist Live in 2018 and have since followed her online since.  She asked me to be part of her podcast Period Story last year and when I wanted someone to come talk about hormones, I knew I wanted Le’Nise to come talk about hormones. Le’Nise Brothers is a registered nutritionist, mBANT, mCHNC, specialising in women’s health, hormones and the menstrual cycle, yoga teacher. She is also the host ost of the Period Story podcast. She works with women who want to get control of sugar cravings, mood swings and hormonal acne, bloating and headaches, as well as increase their energy levels. Le’Nise has helped many women with hormonal issues ranging from PMS, PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, heavy, painful, missing & irregular periods, post-natal depletion, perimenopause and menopause. She set up her practice Eat Love Move to help empower and educate women to understand their bodies, advocate for better healthcare and heal.     #6 Beth Noy In this episode I’m speaking with Beth Noy, Founder of Plastic Freedom We met as we were about to go on stage for a panel talk at the WomanKind event last March, we had a brief discussion about Imposter Syndrome and after hearing her share her wisdom on the panel, I’ve become a customer and fan of Beth. Beth had an eureka  moment 3 years ago where she suddenly opened her eyes and saw the world differently.  Beth now runs an online shop selling alternatives to plastic products helping people on the journey to a plastic free life. Her business motto is knowledge is your power.
