Unexpectedly outstanding.
This adventure is everything that’s the best about dungeons and dragons. It’s funny, it’s scary at times, its sad at others, but the most consistent feeling this show has given me is happiness. As I type this I’m still listening through it not having finished the first campaign, having said that I’d be willing to bet a fortune that it’s ending may very well make me shed tears. One of the very few criticisms I have with it is simply a personal one with the characters late game development, though you would be a fool to let that stop you. On top of everything great that this show is, I’d argue the DM is as good if not better than matt mercer. I enjoy the antics of both Borky and Log. Praise be to Oreara!
Fun and imaginative
It’s more like listening to a 2 hour or more long cartoon with out all the adds then anything else. I don’t play D&D so I don’t always fallow the combat but the world is so much fun and if you get to the dog zone and aren’t convinced just give up. I like some of the other stuff they have done and you can find the first episodes on YouTube just saying.
