Transformational Podcast: Systems in Motion

Global Change Management

In this podcast, we will explore different thoughts and frameworks which can guide sustainable development towards a future inside our planetary boundaries. The well-known Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are of crucial importance, but often lack the needed transformation. Dive into the journey – from SDGs to GDS (generating different systems) to hear about holistic ideas for a better future. Our Podcast „Systems in Motion - a Transformational Podcast “ is the work of the international student group of the master’s programme „Global Change Management (GCM)“ from 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Of crucial importance are the ideas that systems need to serve the mass of people, contribute to stabilize ecosystem services and enable an applicable transition. "Overcoming the painful side effects of the market economy" by Julia Fischer - From SDGs to GDS EP 04

Overcoming the painful side effects of the market economy - a system change with the common good economy? Content: In which aspects does society suffer from the current market economy? As a possible way to change the market economy, we take a close look at the economy for the common good. How would the introduction of the common good economy change the current system (companies and rest of the society)? And how does the economy for the common good support a real system change?
