    Kia Ora Twos and Threes Today we share the interview with the brilliant Dr Jacqueline Lloyd on the topics of her testimony, her vocational ministry (which is rich, tapestried, and enthralling), and her opinions regarding “Christians and the need for higher learning in Christ’s Body: • Doctorate on ‘The Itinerant Ministry of Jesus of Nazareth as archaeological verifiable by the Gospel of Mark” • Theological Consultant to a variety of Educational Institutions: NZCPT, Laidlaw College, Carey Baptist College, Otago University, YWAM etc • Teacher of over 20+ years experience, from New Entrant to Upper Tertiary • Experience in a series of Archaeological Digs/excavations in the Holy Land • Involved in Church Planting in UK, associated with the Vineyard Churches For the wealth of experience and wisdom this woman possesses, she is profoundly accessible and quintessentially a teacher. Given the similar outworked theme of teaching in her life and service is Jesus’ Kingdom, she possesses an uncanny knack for adjusting the complexity and translation of her ideas; this is something I have come to appreciate having seen her teach in a number of the contexts listed above. It is truly wonderful to see how this sister has been used by our Lord so interestingly in any variety of contexts to equip the saints towards a greater love of Jesus via the use of their minds in worship. With a good mix of anecdote and academic discussion, this is a cast I know you will be blessed for viewing.     Ep#044 - Interview w. Luke Collis

    Good day to you 2s & 3s, In this cast we had the opportunity to interview the remarkable Luke Collis, a NZ based Evangelist who spearheads the God anointed idea for the ministry “UNASHAMED.” It is phenomenal how God is blessing this enterprise, developing their capacity and enlarging their vision a step at a time. But Luke himself is very humble in his wisdom, heartfelt in his love for young people, and hypersensitive to situations and circumstances to where the Gospel can be authentically and accessibly preached. He was a delight to talk to, and will no doubt endear himself to our listeners • Youth Pastoral work in Various North Island Churches over 10+ years • Evangelism Consultant to a number of Churches • Visionary and Lead Speaker for UNASHAMED The cast is one part stories, another part theological and another part constructively critical of the NZ Church’s task of spreading the Good News in our blessed country. There is a clear sense of God’s leading and equipping in the ministry of this brother in Christ, and my hope is that you will have yet another opportunity to praise God for his faithfulness and providence in people like Luke. If this cast is anything to go by, Generation Z are hungry for Jesus and the context is prime for the Gospel to be shared.     Ep#043 - Interview w. A.J. Hendry

    Kia Ora Twos and Threes, In this episode, we had the wonderful privilege of sitting down to chat with the mighty AJ Hendry: AJ is a former Laidlaw Bachelor of Theology graduate, Husband to Summer Hendry, Father to Wesley, Martin, Lewis and proud ‘Westie’ in the Auckland Context. • He is a passionate, pragmatic faith-motivated advocate of a variety of Social Justice Causes causes including Youth Wellbeing, Homelessness and Mental Health. • His interests also intersect with matters of Politics, Christian culture, and best practice for Youth Work. His roles (past/present) include working for Manaki Rangtahi, Lifewise Youth Housing Leader, Massey Community Trust Board member which includes recent work as Collaborator on the ‘Safety Net Project’. • He has spoken publically in a range of settings - Media, Politics, Radio, Council, Churches, TV, Podcasts, Community Gatherings, ( via the likes of TVNZ, the AM Show, Newstalk ZB, RNZ, and various West Auckland settings) and writes regularly via his letterheads “When Lambs are Silent” & more recently “Letters from the Revolution.” • Articles from these sites have been shared by the NZ Herald, Newsroom and Stuff on a national level. In all of these settings, the man presents humbly and accessibly but with evident zeal to achieve better than before for our rangatahi (the younger generation) in Aotearoa.     Ep#042 - Testimony w. Tony (Pt 2)

    Kia Ora 2’s and 3’s In this 2nd Part of a Two part Testimony with our new co-host, Tony explores how his theologically academic journey was used by God to make sense of God’s bigger story through the lived experience of his own story. This informed the focus of his own Masters Research into the subject of “Figural Reading;” a blending of exegetical and eisegetical approaches to hermeneutics whereby reading Scripture transforms us and simultaneously reinterprets our lives within the formation. This blessed Tony with some remarkable insights, not least of all that God is present with us in our pain outside of time for eternity. He holds both our past and present in tension, envisioning with a glorious future for all of creation and humanity. Tony also talks us through the years leading up to now, including a long period back in the UK where he was chaplain in one of the hardest schools in England and how that informed his recent decision to pursue teaching as a career.     Kia Ora 2's & 3's Its high time we formally introduce our newest inclusion to the "Two or Three Gathered" Team. Meet the remarkable Tony, a gift from God in so many ways, not least of all the unique blend of wisdom, accessibility, dynamism and authenticity in this son of God. We felt the best way in which to engage with some of the many reasons as to why we wanted him to join us would be to share his God glorifying testimony. Fair warning: there is some gritty and gory stuff Tony describes in his coming to faith in Jesus Christ, but it is in this that God's love shines through so profoundly. There is a genuine Road to Damascus story here that Tony has shared in a variety of settings (even National Radio at one point!).
