Comparing UK and NZ union

Guest, Shen, a trade unionist from the UK. Being an organiser from the UK and worked at Unite for the last 9 months, Shen had really sent the good and the bad of both sides of the world. Shen came from a union and a country that is struggling with many things New Zealand fast food workers takes for granted. Unlike NZ, in the UK Unions had little to no rights when it comes to accessing their members, they often get blocked from a company for even entering the sites. MacDonald Uk is also facing issues like Youth rate, Zero Hours, these are things we in New Zealand had stopped.

It is truly a scary time for many workers across the country. The future of work may not look the same in the post COVID world.
