In this video, we’re going to talk about 4 common ingredients found in 99% of all junk foods that can shorten your life. You won’t understand which foods to avoid until you know the ingredients. Hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate, interesterified soybean oil, hydrolyzed corn oil, maltodextrin, dextrose, and dextrin are chemical names for common junk food ingredients. Companies use these names to cause confusion. It’s important to look beyond nutrition facts and read the ingredients because not all calories are the same. Calories from high fructose corn syrup are not the same as fructose from fruit. Synthetic starches differ from the starch found in vegetables, and there’s a big difference between cane sugar and synthetic sugars like glucose syrup. Check the ingredient list and avoid these foods! 1. Sugar 2. Starches 3. Seed oils 4. Refined proteins Soy protein isolates and A1 beta-casein create inflammation and should be avoided. You’ll also want to avoid wheat gluten. Print out my convenient cutout card to keep in your wallet so you’ll know which foods to avoid on the go! DON'T DO THIS IF YOU'RE OVER 50!!!

Find out what supplements NOT to take and what supplements to take as you age, especially if you’re over 50. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Just so you know, my full line of high-quality supplements is available on Amazon — search Dr. Berg Supplements. 0:00 Introduction: What to take and what not to take as you age 0:18 Iron supplements 0:30 Side effects of iron supplements 1:05 Calcium supplements 1:28 Hypercalcemia 1:50 Synthetic vitamin A 2:30 What supplements to take as you age Today, I’m going to tell you about the best and the worst supplements to take as you age. Let’s start with iron supplements. Our bodies do not have a good way of eliminating excess iron, which can damage the liver. Too much iron can increase your risk of infection and also deplete zinc. Donating blood can help eliminate excess iron. If you have anemia, the best sources of iron are red meat, liver, grass-fed liver pills, or spleen extract. Many people consume too much calcium, which can build up in the arteries and kidneys. Synthetic vitamin A can cause damage to the liver, osteoporosis, and increased intracranial pressure. Best vitamins to take as you age: 1. Vitamin C 2. Vitamin B3 3. Magnesium 4. Vitamin D 5. Vitamin K1 6. Vitamin K2 While most synthetic vitamins should be avoided, synthetic vitamin C can be beneficial under certain circumstances. Huge Pharma Pays Huge $$$ to Social Media Influencers (You'll Never Guess Who)

Your favorite social media influencers might be under the influence. Discover the truth about Big Pharma and the social media influencer marketing corruption tactics they use to spread health misinformation online. Don’t let Big Pharma influencers affect your health choices! Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) Chapters: 0:00 Introduction: Big Pharma exposed 0:55 How Big Pharma buys influencers 1:24 Big Pharma corruption and lack of trust 2:24 How Big Pharma controls the media 7:11 How to identify health misinformation online 11:36 Myth-busting online Did you know that Big Pharma and Big Food buy social media influencers? These social media health gurus influence what you eat, the decisions you make about your health, and attempt to invalidate other health influencers and information. As Big Pharma loses public trust, it turns to social media influencers to try to regain it. Since 2000, penalties for Big Pharma have totaled over $126 billion. Sixty billion of that was related to patient injury and harm. Modern medicine, with the help of Big Pharma, has shifted its focus from health to profit. Approximately 90% of the media on TV is funded by Big Pharma. This is also true for digital marketing. On average, social media influencers are paid $20 to $25 per 1,000 views. If that influencer has more trust, they can make 8 to 12 times this amount. Based on my trustworthiness and credibility, I could be paid between $250,000 and $500,000 for a 60- to 90-second post. Big Pharma goes through PR firms to connect with social media influencers. These influencers are required to disclose that they’re being paid, but many of them do not. People like Dr. Mike recommend medicine and vaccines yet claim Big Pharma is not paying them. Dietitians for larger agencies, such as the American Beverage Association and the Canadian Sugar Institute, have gotten into trouble with the FTC for being paid to share dietary advice without disclosing their financial ties. It’s often difficult to determine whether Big Pharma is influencing health information online, but examining the intention can sometimes help. Are they recommending fewer ultra-processed foods and chemical drugs, or more? Check out their funding. Is it coming from Big Food or Big Pharma? This is a big sign that they’re being influenced. They Are Deceiving You About Acid Reflux

I know firsthand how troublesome heartburn and acid reflux can be. Antacids such as TUMS can provide temporary relief but are not long-term solutions. In this video, I'll show you how to stop heartburn naturally with the best acid reflux remedies. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: Apple cider vinegar vs. TUMS 1:53 What is heartburn? 4:27 Beetroot juice powder ad 4:54 Symptoms of low stomach acid 10:03 Apple cider vinegar for heartburn and acid reflux 10:49 How to stop acid reflux and heartburn 14:39 Root cause of low stomach acid 16:11 Gastritis and ulcers GERD, acid reflux, and heartburn aren’t caused by too much acid. These related conditions are actually caused by a lack of acid, or stomach acid that's not very acidic. You can not fix these problems by further depleting your stomach acid! Antacids only address the symptoms and not the root cause. Symptoms of low stomach acid include: •GERD •Heartburn •SIBO •Increased susceptibility to gastric cancer •Anemia •Abdominal pressure •Reflux •Less tone in the stomach valve Problems with the autonomic nervous system can also affect the valve at the top of the stomach, leading to heartburn. In this case, vitamin B1 can be a helpful solution. Low stomach acid can also cause problems with H. pylori. Diluted apple cider vinegar helps address acid reflux symptoms for many people. Dilute 1 to 2 tablespoons in 8 to 12 ounces of water and drink with a straw. Betaine hydrochloride is one of the best home remedies for acid reflux. Research has shown that it can restore normal gastric acidity levels within 30 minutes! Take 2 to 7 before a meal. Vitamin D and magnesium are also vital for adequate stomach acid levels. The following factors are often at the root of low stomach acid, contributing to GERD, heartburn, and acid reflux: •Junk food •Frequent eating •Low salt •Low zinc, iodine, B1, and magnesium •Low protein intake •Type 2 diabetes If ACV or betaine hydrochloride makes your problem worse, you may have gastritis or an ulcer. Zinc carnosine is one of the best remedies!
