    Hey Party People! Let's Meet Maggie! "I'm Maggie. I love my people and I love to be outside. I grew up in NJ and am a big sports fan, especially soccer. Traveling and new experiences fill my cup. I've moved around a bit and spend a lot of time visiting friends in varying states. I work as a PT Professor and Neuro PT and I love to get excited about the little things in life."  In this episode, Maggie - a physical therapist - and I, an occupational therapist - battle for the rehab therapy crown -- just kidding, but we do finally put the whole PT versus OT rumor to rest, once and for all. Brandie is a 29 year old union sheet metal worker [how cool is that!?] and she's been in the union for 9 years. Brandie is an advocate for women who want to join the trades. Outside of work, Brandie loves rollerblading and naps on the couch. She'll tell you she's awful at softball but I'd say otherwise.  In this episode, Brandie teaches me a whole lot about working in the trades as a union sheet metal worker, including her role in creating the Western Mass Tradeswoman group. We'll share a handful of laughs on this episode, talking about sisterhood, friendship, and of course, what it means to be weird.     Hey Party People! Join me for the next episode where we meet a real-life ray of sunshine, Amanda Harrison. Amanda describes herself as a licensed mental health counselor and an administrator at at local non profit working with children and youth with a definite LOVE for her work. She is a mom of three (18,14,12) and grew up in and love Eastern Mass, but is a proud Western Mass transplant. She's a passionate member of the board for Sparkle House, working with the board to create the first pediatric palliative care and end of life respite home in Mass. Together with her husband and her best friends, they run the Western Mass Lumberjack Championship annually at the Cummington Fair.
