I express my gratitude to my father, God, for my life in its current state. This is a commendable third step action. When challenges arise during the day, they often attempt to consume my lunch. In such situations, I either direct my thoughts to God, believe that you have departed, or harbor hatred. I extend my gratitude for these experiences, including my resentment, joy, and laughter.
