An Ingenuity + Leadership Coach, certified coach supervisor, and hands-on visual thinking facilitator, Paul Sanbar believes that purposeful play positively impacts performance, personally and professionally. In his work developing leaders, he holds these beliefs to be true: Play is how we discover ourselves - our strengths and our areas of growth.
