    The Gym, the sweat box, the piccadilly line at 5pm, the congested nut sack or some may call it the anxiety box, an hour or more of working out on you. if it’s your dream body, revenge body, mental health, keeping active or for the grown adults that have no social life… a youth centre they pay monthly for (oops) This podcast speaks about gym etiquette and protecting your space and boundaries by simply saying "NO!". Moral of the story is, Don't interrupt someone when they are in the middle of a set. I would assume this to be common sense but clearly it isn't. If you need to know how many sets someone has left, wait until they are finished to ask. Let's start there.
