I’m 35 years old with T2 Diabetes for 3 years. With an A1C of 7.4mg/dl in the last 3 years. Recently tried Keto for 2mos which felt okay first few weeks, now I feel horrible. Hypertension is worse every single day and I feel Fats is slowing killing me. This podcast is exactly what I needed in starting my transition to Plant-based Whole Food diet while waiting for the book to be available for shipment in the Philippines. Thank you!
