Often referred to as the "Penis Pump Predator" by TCaP fans, in 2006, 36 year old Shaka Khan started chatting with a girl he believed to be thirteen years old named "Samantha". Shaka lied about his age saying he was 25 and complimented the girl on her profile picture. 45 minutes into the chat, Khan made his plan to come over to party and made his intentions to have sex with the decoy known shortly after that. A fast mover, it only took an hour and 36 minutes for Khan to initiate the chat to heading over to the house, armed with beer and condoms. Chris was waiting.

Thomas would then make the two-hour drive with alcohol, condoms, and a camera to the sting house and unexpected meeting with Chris.

Elias, 22 years old, started chatting with a decoy named "Laney", who was posing as a 14-year-old girl. He asked the decoy several graphic questions, including if she was a virgin and if she had ever had sex with her boyfriend. He questioned if she was a cop, that he didn't want to be in trouble, or go to jail. The two then plan a date to meet.
Elias drove 2 and a half hours to the sting house with a rose, alcohol, and condoms. When he entered the sting house, Elias asked the decoy if she could come out. He starts to put his stuff away, as Chris approached him.

Ryan Hogan

He would chat at the fire house about several inappropriate topics, including wanting to have a**l sex with the decoy. Ryan drives to the sting house but is deterred when he sees a police car parked next to it and assumes it is a trap. Later that day, Ryan exposes himself on webcam and masturbates while wearing his New York City firefighter sweatshirt. He was attempting to return to the sting house but was unable to do so because he got into an accident.
