    Ann Savage, a Cebu based premiere tattoo artist, international convention organizer, a wife, a mother, a woman. In this episode of the sunset podcast we tackled her raw beginnings from mentoring-it-yourself at the back of a beauty parlor to her first gamble to create her name as an artist.
