The podcast that saved my life

One of the best things about my life is the philosophy of stoicism and this podcast just makes it all accessible for me while I do my chores and work. Ryan Holiday thank you for saving my life, preventing it spiraling downward into the depths of almost inexplainable depressions This podcast is a perennial podcast.

Keep on writing and making these provocative reflections on life in the lenses of stoicism and other historical figures and insightful interesting interviews with the most colorful and fascinating writers, thinkers, and doers of life that found solace or at least relatability in stoic philosophy
