Communion is far more than a ritual or symbol—it's a means of grace where we actively participate in the blood and body of Christ. Just as the Passover lamb's blood caused judgment to pass over God's people in Egypt, Christ our Passover Lamb was sacrificed so that death, shame, and condemnation would pass over us. When we approach the Lord's table with faith and expectation, we position ourselves for encounter, healing, deliverance, and renewed spiritual vitality. This isn't religious obligation—it's grateful participation in all that Christ has purchased for us.

We examined the Hebrew concept of "shalom"—meaning nothing missing, nothing broken—and discovered three dimensions of peace available to every believer: peace WITH God (justification), peace IN God (internal wholeness), and peace FROM God (shalom breaking into our circumstances). We also looked at the remarkable historical validity of Scripture, confirming that our faith rests on the most well-documented ancient text in existence. The message challenged us to "let it settle"—to allow God's peace to guard our hearts and minds even in the midst of life's storms.
