Episode 360 - Lake Lanier’s Deadly Waters & Drowned History

Lake Lanier looks like the perfect summer escape—but beneath the surface, something is very, very wrong. In this episode, we revisit one of the most haunted and deadly lakes in America, where swimmers report invisible hands pulling them under, boats flip without warning, and an entire town sits frozen beneath the water.  We first covered Lake Lanier nearly five years ago, focusing on the paranormal—but we missed something crucial. In this episode, we’re correcting that by diving into the erased history of Oscarville, a thriving Black community violently displaced and later buried beneath the lake.  Watch the video version here. Episode 359 - Haunted Read House Hotel & Overnight Stay with Meredith Stedman

This is a very special Anti-Valentine’s Day episode. Sabrina, joined by Meredith from the Rattled & Shook podcast, spent the night inside the infamous Room 311 at the Read House Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Built on land marked by tragedy and violence, the Read House is known for its glamorous historic guests—and its long, unsettling history of paranormal activity. We dive into the hotel’s past, the brutal murder tied to Room 311, and the lingering spirit said to remain there. Meredith and Sabrina share their eerie interactions with the room’s resident presence, which started off quiet but did not stay that way. So much unfolded the following night that we had to record an additional segment afterward to cover our new findings and connect the paranormal dots. 👻💔 Virtual tour of room 311 here Watch the full investigation video here. Encounters x317 - Want to Play a Game?

We love paranormal games almost as much as we fear them, and our listeners have plenty of examples as to why. We’re sharing stories of homemade Ouija boards, late night rituals that tempt the spirits, and “harmless” sleepover games that spiral wildly out of control, because some games don’t end when you think they do.  Stories include: A Queen of Spades ritual that results in a terrifying mirror apparition and months of unexplained activity afterward An unseen presence that roams a house freely—using the bathroom, stomping down hallways, and playing the piano A Red Door Yellow Door session that unleashes a faceless, suited entity with icy hands A homemade Ouija board that triggers nightmares, sleep paralysis, broken objects, and a full-on church exorcism Watch the video version here. Episode 358 - The Philadelphia Experiment

We’re unpacking one of the most infamous paranormal conspiracies in U.S. history: the Philadelphia Experiment. During World War II, the Navy allegedly attempted to make a warship invisible—and instead triggered something terrifying. After a flash of green light, possible time travel and teleportation, the sailors who survived returned mentally shattered and physically disfigured. Serving as a chilling prequel to last week’s episode on the Montauk Project, this story spirals into secret experiments, an unsettling connection between the two, and a possible bridge through time. Was it all a hoax—or did an event in 1980 help complete a 1940s experiment? 🤯 Watch the video version here. Have ghost stories of your own? Encounters x316 - Paranormal Stories from Asia

This week, we’re traveling across Asia and diving into some of the most unsettling paranormal experiences we’ve ever heard. Our listeners share spine-chilling stories rooted in cultural folklore and lived terror—tales of spirits who predict the future, impersonate loved ones, and inflict physical harm. Between the laughter, the disbelief, and the full-body chills, this episode reminded us why some ghost stories stay with you long after the episode ends. Stories include: An encounter in rural Pakistan where a possessed girl speaks in a jinn’s voice—and accurately predicts a devastating medical diagnosis A haunted family home in Cebu where something mimics loved ones so perfectly it carries on 20-minute conversations A terrifying childhood experience in Vietnam involving a crying woman in a church, prophetic dreams, and a ghostly warning that may have saved a life A Malaysian family spirit passed down through generations, bound to a dagger that mysteriously disappears, reappears, and may be choosing its next owner Watch the video version here.
