With each episode, I gain insight into my own relationships (work, family, friends, partner, kids) even when, on the surface, I have nothing in common with the guests. All of this gives me courage to improve my relationships with others and ideas and hope for getting unstuck. The cost of good therapy feels prohibitive, but a membership to this podcast has become a tangible way to support myself.

I have historically really liked this podcast but it has been awhile since I have listened to an episode. I found the “Preferred Future” episode very difficult to listen to. Esther was constantly talking over and cutting off the two guests. They were rarely able to finish a thought before she started correcting them and talking over them. I quit listening with 10 minutes left because it was hard to listen to. Why have guests if you aren’t going to let them speak?

Every time I listen to Esther, I learn something new about myself, my thoughts and my actions. Her way of analyzing the situation brings out a new understanding of the situation from different dimension, an aha moment.

For a modest subscription fee, you get access to more mind blowing therapy than you could get by emptying your bank account to pay for personal therapy over the course of a lifetime. What a gift to the masses!
