Anime World Order Show # 209 - So THIS is the Power of the Handle God

Anime World Order Show # 208 - Wait, This Just Became Giallo

April seems like a good time to review horror anime, right? With the amount of viable horror anime picks being so slim, Gerald has opted for the 4-part OAV Demon Prince Enma, a dark reimagining of Go Nagai's classic character Enma-kun. Once upon a time, this would have been labeled as a "bonus" episode since we don't even introduce ourselves or say the episode number, but since the last time we had him on was over a decade ago we decided to catch up with Jim Kaposztas, creator of the first AMV and certified "oldtaku" to talk about anime fandom, conventions, and creative fan endeavors in both the pre-Internet era as well as today. Anime World Order Show # 206 - We Must KILL Locke the Superman!

The only anime podcast you need

Top reviews about anime classics, hidden gems and occasionally mainstream. Very knowledgeable hosts with much experience.

Best anime podcast out there.

I’ve been through so many other podcasts about anime that feature nothing but snide “nerds” who haven’t seen anything made before 2010 and are more annoying than enjoyable. I love this show and it’s nice to hear three different opinions plus a huge knowledge of all types of anime. Do I disagree with their opinions? (Especially Gerald?) Sometimes, sure. But most of the time they are right on and when they don’t like something, at least they explain why. Please keep going forever.

Fallen from grace.........

I've been listening to these guys since 2006, and even wrote a review for them back in 2007.

The show has fallen far indeed. They can't seem to keep their mouths shut about politics in this ANIME podcast. In the latest episode #204, it only took them 90 seconds into the episode to take stabs at Trump. I personally can't stand Trump, but that's not the point. This is an ANIME podcast. And you guys were one of the first ANIME podcasts.

You simply must do better. You've been better. You can do so again. Or not, it's your choice.
