    Beacons in the Dark: Moral Courage and Collective Action

    Genocide doesn't just happen overnight. It requires an entire infrastructure of societal indifference. So, how do we train the people on the front lines to recognize the warning signs before it's too late? In this episode, peace influencer, Kellye Richardson brings together guest host and political theorist Professor Doug Irvin-Erickson and Carter School alum Jamie Wise (Holocaust Educator at the Zekelman Holocaust Center). They discuss a revolutionary curriculum designed to teach future US military leaders (ROTC) and law enforcement officers how to navigate complex moral dilemmas, defy peer pressure, and lead with moral courage in active conflict zones.
