Can This Marriage Be Saved?

What if we don’t want divorce but would like to consider living separately. 15 years of marriage and 3 kids later my marriage is boring. We’ve tried it all to make it work but grew apart and we’re both content with how different we both are. What would your advice be?

The subjects are awesome with many different topics to digest. Some really good advice is given. I think when most men are listening to these podcasts they are in a lot of pain. It would be cool to keep that customer in mind. Focusing on extremes at times. What if the wife won’t engages. Is full of the 4-horseman in her daily arsenal? How does a man handle being criticized? How do we handle constant complaining about all aspects in life ? 2-3 weeks of stonewalling. Using sex and intimacy as a weapon . If clear guidance could be given on how to handle these turbulent seas and when to call it a marriage - throw in the towel. Thanks !!

I love this podcast... it really unveils truths that many of us know to exist but mask in favor of feeling more “fulfilled” (often through strategies that don’t work). It points out that spouses often view their partner with animosity without understanding the partners intentions or needs ...this impedes understanding and prevents both our needs from being met. growth can only come when we seek connection and understanding with our spouse.
