I have been a regular AA attendee for 18 years and I think this is a great podcast. The host goes to great pains to acknowledge his gratitude to AA for helping him when he was first trying to get sober and commends many of the components of AA. He just drills down on The Program as well as other recovery options and asks pointed questions and shares his pov. If you are looking to expand your knowledge of recovery- put this podcast in the rotation.

I am shocked to hear the way these two talk about recovery. I’m pretty sure if you can stop drinking/using on your own then you are not an alcoholic or addict. Hopefully we have people to be here to carry a message of recovery when a newcomer is ready to accept it.

I've been struggling with alcoholism for some time now. The feeling of desperation was becoming too much to handle. I happened to stumble across this podcast and, for the first time in so long, I finally feel hopeful. I had never heard of TSM before. After listening to the guests share their experiences I started doing my own research. I found a Neurologist in my area that offers TSM and I made an appointment for this week. The awareness you are helping to create, not just about TSM, but about the battle of alcoholism itself is incredible. Please continue your efforts!!!
