"Kosambari is a yummy salad from Karnataka, a place in India. People make it for big parties like marriages and even at temples such as Prasada. You eat it with rice, and it's really tasty!" Sweet Corn Kosambari or corn salad is one of my favorites among all the kosambari recipes I've tried. I tried this corn koshambari first at a wedding and I fell in love with it. What makes it even better is that it's really easy and quick to prepare, taking just a few minutes, and it's something kids can enjoy too.
