    Thoughs on Lamar Odom - Addiction and Recovery

    This is a personal one, prepare for some emotion, but I cannot see 20 years of my life (off and on) as wasted so I am slowly, stepping into a role I want to be in.....educator of misconceptions, and a speaker to young kids, and hopefully through our Solgave Project - do exactly what my part of it was designed for. (Animals and nature healing addicts, helping at risk youth, etc)

    Musings about Recovery, Meerkat, and Prayer of St Francis of Assisi

    I'm just a dude, that will slowly figure out how to find "the voice" of this journey. I'm heading to Europe in 44 days. Likely a period in India all timed with this spiritual rebirth in early recovery. Today I ride my bike 20 miles, and reflect while caring for animals and playing with Meerkat. Be good to each other......I'm learning to be good to myself.

    Is Insecurity Driving our "Need to be Right"

    Reflections that struck me deeply after one of my morning daily readings. It's my belief as I get deeper into "Knowing they self" that our ego so desperately "needs to be right" but what I'm learning is......well, it's in the podcast. :)
