Research-Based Ways to Improve the Creativity of Groups

Practical advice that can help organization's generate new and better ideas is provided by top innovation experts. Recommendations provided seem like sound common sense, although they are not so commonly implemented as one would think. “Thinking big” is often thought of as essential to turning things around, but this podcast explains that it’s the small ideas developed by a bottom-up team process that tends to achieve real results. Helpful recommendations include the value of spontaneous teams, properly managed, as well as the need for horizontal information flow. Definitely worth listening to for details.
