The host, “slow and deliberate on the joystick”, loads us with wisdom. Ranging from safety equipment to actual accounts of hazardous experiences on the job site—and what to learn from them. He has a genuine personality and passion for big work and the incredible machines that get it done. As many colleges and universities build their reputations for expensive tickets to unfulfilling jobs, our host highlights the near direct-entry into a well-compensated and fulfilling career outdoors. In one of the episodes, the host highlights the “art” of operating heavy equipment which I hope to hear more of his mind on—and hearing from his friends and colleagues too.
Advice for the host, “Don’t spend 20 minutes trying to figure out how to save 5 minutes on 15 minute job.” Just keep recording your thoughts and upload them—it will flow. Remember it’s best to scratch the line first, then trench in. You’re a gold “mind” of wisdom that we don’t have and there’s a ton of young bucks and silver backs that you could help get into a better seat to build our country—mine being the USA.
Keep up the good show!
