Nyarlathotep & The Picture In The House - The Complete HP Lovecraft Podcast

The Complete HP Lovecraft Podcast goes through each one of the public-domain works of HP Lovecraft week by week. This week - Nyarlathotep & The Picture In The House. Read by Rob Smart. * Some issues with the sound bed for Nyarlathotep so have removed it - apologies if it sounds odd for those moments when the volume on it is increased! **Note - Lovecraft had highly objectionable views on race and class. Unfortunately, these are expressed in some of his stories, including this one. I hugely disagree with these, but the point in the podcast is to present the original stories unaltered. Hopefully we can enjoy the stories while agreeing that these views have no place in our modern society.* Contact us at completelovecraftpod@gmail.com Music credits - "Quinn's Song: The Dance Begins" Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Windy, creaky old house ambience by pfranzen (https://freesound.org/people/pfranzen/sounds/393808/) Dark-City_futuristic_ambient by OnlyTheGhosts (https://freesound.org/people/OnlyTheGhosts/sounds/251612/) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/
