The Couragemakers Podcast | Encouragement, Inspiration & Rebel Rousing for Mission Driven Doers, Makers & Shakers |
Couragemakers is a weekly podcast for creative and passionate,mission-driven doers, makers and world-shakers designed to inspire and encourage fellow couragemakers, and spark a movement of women who are choosing themselves. Building the life you want and putting stuff in the world takes a boatload of courage, but you don’t have to do it alone. Every Monday, unconventional couragemakers all over the world share their stories, their advice and their dreams as we have honest conversations about everyday courage, living a wholehearted life and dream chasing. We’ve figured out what we don’t want in life, now we’re figuring out what we do want. And we talk about the things that make us feel on fire as well as the monsters that hide under our beds. Couragemakers is brought to you by Meg Kissack of That Hummingbird Life. Because everything changes when you believe you matter. Let’s shake things up together. Warning: contains courage, vulnerability and a desire to leave the world a brighter place than how we found it.

This podcast is everything I never knew I needed. I love the message that you should be you and be brave about it. I've always embraced this message but it's AWESOME to see that there are others out there like me. Like, I'm not alone?!?! Woah! Seriously, every episode has something that has resonated with me. Such a good listen.
Motivation that doesn't come in a saccharine package

I've been meaning to write a review for Courage Makers for over a year now, since it got me through some really tough times. However, I'm recovering perfectionist, and wanted to make sure that I wrote something that *perfectly* captured their essence, but I decided to take some of Meg's advice and not let perfect get in the way of done. Part of what I love is that Meg's interviews usually cut to the heart of the matter--people share the good, the bad, the ugly, rather than a pretty narrative about how they became awesome. It's refreshing and approachable, and provides a sense of community that reminds you that you're not alone in your struggles. I come to these podcasts when I need to feel less alone, and motivated to muster up the courage and forge my own path.
Great!!!
