The NoPants SidePony Experience

I always looked forward to these hosts appearing on other podcasts, so when I found out they had their own podcast, I was immediately hooked. It hasn't disappointed in the slightest and I find myself giggling more often than not.

Heard about this via the powercast, great crossfit/lifting coverage, thanks ladies!

Definitely give this podcast a chance (no pants lachance?). The quality has improved as they have had more practice, and they're still a good seven for seven on snorts. This podcast is a little lighter on educational content then the other fitness podcasts I follow (iron radio, barbell shrugged, powercast, and jugg life) but it more than makes up for it in personality. It's great to see the awesome chemistry with all the guests and it's hugely entertaining.

Entertaining show. Good job Katie and Alex!!! One recommendation is the mic balance. One guest is louder than the other, makes for a weird experience in my car while listening lol
