Karine Champagne used to be a TV news anchor. For 21 years she has been using her talent to deliver bad news. In 2015 she resigned from ”THE” dream job (from everybody’s point of vue) while she was bored as f*ck. She knew life could offer so much more if she was willing to jump out of the ordinary life. She became a wellness coach and entrepreneur, using her story to empower people to new make choices. In 2010, she started her journey going through depression with sports. Out of shape, she became an Ironman, climb the Mount Kilimanjaro, Machu Picchu and trek the Greenland. Her body knew what was required to heal. She is now a Access Consciousness CF and BYCF, rocking her business, Champagne and Consciousness with fun, bubbles and magic.
