With advanced training in the Gottman Method and Emotion-Focused Therapy, mindfulness techniques, and interpersonal neurobiology, Shira’s is deeply committed to helping people integrate traumatic experiences, adversity, and dysfunctional relationships into secure, resilient narratives. Her clinical work focuses on helping couples and individuals learn how to regulate their emotions, unhook from perpetual conflict patterns, and acquire a tangible road map to navigating relational challenges. She is also a contributor to Goop magazine and has presented at several Ted events, including giving her own TEDx Talk on Redefining Failure and the Ted Women’s Leadership Conference on Mindfulness.
