    352: Ramblings of the Hollower

    The 8bA Podcast brings you this week’s latest and greatest gaming news. NEWS Bancho the Chef. Game Informer reports that a prequel to Dave the Diver is being developed for PS5 and PC, focusing on the game’s master sushi chef. Final Fantasy 7: Revelation. Square-Enix revealed the final entry of the FF7 remake trilogy, slated to release Spring 2027 on all platforms. The game will feature a new skydiving mechanic, a new voice actor for Sephiroth, and characters will have new clothes and armor that provide combat boons. Additionally, Tifa is being added to the Street Fighter 6 roster. Monster Hunter Wilds. Capcom has announced a new expansion for the game called Ascendance, and confirmed that development of a Switch 2 version of Monster Hunter Wilds is in progress. Vampire Survivors - First Survivaton. Poncle announced that its flagship title is getting a new expansion, Legacy of the Bloodmoon. Billed as the “evil twin” of Legacy of the Moonspell, the expansion will introduce new characters, weapons, evolutions, and music tracks, along with a new XL stage. REVIEWS Mina the Hollower.     348: Windrose is a Treasure

    The 8bA Podcast brings you this week’s latest and greatest gaming news. NEWS Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced. Game Informer reports that Ubisoft’s remake of the popular pirate game releases on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on July 9th. Besides updated visuals, the game will feature new ship and melee combat mechanics, additional side quests, and some quality of life updates. Final Fantasy XIV. IGN reports that the MMO is coming to Switch 2 in August, though the Switch 2 version will require a separate subscription. An NSO membership will not be required, and current subscribers will receive a 50% discount for the Switch 2 version subscription. Game Pass. Game Informer reports that Microsoft has announced a $7/month price cut for Game Pass Ultimate and a $2.50/month price cut for PC Game Pass. However, new Call of Duty titles will no longer join Game Pass at launch, but will be added a year later. Splatoon Raiders. Game Informer reports that the spinoff title has a new trailer and will launch on July 23rd. The single-player adventure will feature open world exploration, crafting, and treasure hunting, while utilizing the paint-shooter gameplay of the main series. World of Warcraft.
