    Sunday August 9, 2026  Processing Life | Overwhelmed with Thanks  Jordan Weeks 2 Samuel 7 & Psalm 40 David receives a word from the Lord telling him that He will establish him and that an eternal king will come through his line. The response from David is one of overwhelming thanks. He rehearses things that God has done for him and responds in humility. What is something that God has done for us that has led us to be overwhelmed with thanks?

    Sunday July 26, 2026 Processing Life | Running for Your Life Peter Smith 1 Samuel 24 & Psalm 57 This chapter in 1 Samuel is just one of many where David is being chased and running for his life. He had been secretly anointed as future king, but now he was running for his life. He wasn’t sure if he would make it. Caves were his home and those rejected from society were his mighty men. Things were not looking good for him. This is where we get to see what is happening in his heart as he is hunted.

He was an unlikely king and his anointing was done in private. It took many (difficult) years before he received the promise. But for David, this was an incredible reality. How do we process life when it seems like our future is going to be promising and all our future dreams might actually come true?

    Sunday June 28, 2026 Exodus | His Glory Amongst Us Jordan Weeks Exodus 40:34-38 As soon as the work on the tabernacle was finished, the glory of God came upon the tent in such a strong way that no one, including Moses, could enter. God’s glory rested in their midst. And as they would move throughout their journey, the cloud or pillar of fire would lead them and the tabernacle would follow. God was always leading or in their midst.

    Doing His Work

    Sunday, June 21, 2026 Exodus | Doing His Work Peter Smith Exodus 35-40:33 God wanted His people to be able to meet with Him. He gave very strict orders about how to construct the tabernacle, the place where His glory would dwell in their midst. Because the people of God were always moving during this time, the tabernacle was not an immoveable temple, but rather a moveable tent. The people were called to participate in some way to the construction of this tent. And the response was overwhelming. There was no conversation or disagreement about what to do because God had made it very clear how the work should be done. And just like in their day, we too are invited into doing the work that He has commanded.

    Sunday, June 14, 2026 Exodus | Importance of His Presence Jonathan Labelle Exodus 32-34 Moses experienced a lot of difficulty leading the people of God. They were already making other gods and attributing the success of the only God to these other false deities. As Moses was processing the call that God had put on his life, he declared that he could not do the task without God, leading him to ask God to reveal His glory to Moses.

    Sunday, June 7, 2026 Exodus : Live as God’s Free People Peter Smith Exodus 19-31 The Ten Commandments is one of the most well known parts in all literature. They can be thought of as laws to follow in order to gain God’s attention and affection. But that is not why they were given. God gave His law to a people that were already free. He was teaching them how to continue to live as free people. This sermon covers many chapters that aim to help freed people live freely under God’s care and protection.
