EP 68: The Law of Attraction EXPLAINED

Hey, guys, I hope you all are enjoying your Mondays… Days like today, I remember when I would make my college roommate angry at me when I would shoot the first thing in the morning…”It’s going to be a great day”

I use to say that at a time when I was incredibly stressed out from school, I was battling depressive mood Swings.
But my god did that one little phrase change the way I looked at my day…

That’s why in this week’s episode, I’m excited to talk about the LAW OF ATTRACTION!

The classic definition of If you can think it in your mind, you can hold it in your hands.

    But in this episode,

I want to deeper into stories of how the law of attraction has impacted my parents when they were trying to achieve the American dream

I also want to explain a time when I was falsely diagnosed with a heart condition and how they made me feel

And most importantly, I want to share common personality traits that all law of attraction believers have.

So with that. I hope you enjoy this week’s mindfulness episode… Let’s listen in!

EP 66: Why taking action is good for your mind

EP 66: Why taking action is good for your mind

So in this week’s mindfulness episode, I talk about TAKING ACTION.
I was inspired by my recent episodes of diving deep into my mind and uncovering a big mental block I have. Which is creating a product.
Not just creating a product, but putting it out to the world for people to use.
I’ve been toying with this product for the past 5 months and did nothing about it.
And I started to notice how I was growing more insecure and doubtful in my abilities as I kept pushing this idea off to the side. So with that… Let’s dive in..

Being competitive all the time isn't healthy for you mentally and physically. I'm almost certain my depressive mood swings came from my competitive nature.

That's why, in this podcast, I talk about how being ambitious is better for you and how being ambitious will stop your chances of burning out from work and life.

EP 64: How The American Dream is Broken

EP 64: How The American Dream is Broken

In this week's book, I talk about Tribe: On Homecoming and Belonging by Sebastian Junger. This book shines light on how western cultures are driven to be individualistic, leaving most people isolated, unfulfilled, and depressed.

I discuss how every society needs to come together and live as one community to help build that sense of genuine self worth. Make sure to listen in and enjoy :)

    Like always, stay mindful!

EP 63: What Happens When You Don't Talk

EP 63: What Happens When You Don't Talk

I did an experiment to see what would happen internally when you don't talk for 30 minutes.

I realized how not talking can help amply all our other senses, which ultimately make us more present.

    Listen in and enjoy :)
