Guitar music

Love your podcast but the hard rock guitar interludes are unnerving and disruptive. I like to listen to your podcast via headphones and the loud and hard rock guitar that pops up is unnecessary and jolting. May I suggest changing the music to something that will be more pleasing to a person in a relaxed state.

Meh

I hope people aren’t actually taking what they say to heart. This is just ONE opinion of a healthy lifestyle and sketchy one at best. Not into it at all.

disappointing at best

some good information. some. maybe. but anything good is negated when they do an entire episode on weight loss and say that a dinner plate should consist of half raw vegetables and half... meat... topped with bacon. They continuously mention this. The premise i agree with: fat is good. however, they don’t once address salt being an issue. i was very disappointed in that specific episode because my first reaction was to be happy that i found a good holistic, natural health podcast in which the speakers are not robotic. back to the search i guess.
