The 5th Annual Impact Golf Outing, hosted by Tony Pec, took place at the Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Courses in the Bronx on June 25, 2026, solidifying its status as the #1 largest charity golf outing and networking event in the Tri-State area. This isn't your typical day on the green. It’s an immersive experience built on community, generosity, and professional growth, all uniting 288 golfers around one shared mission: supporting Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Spanning 36 holes, the event featured over 65 premier Tri-State vendors offering incredible food, drinks, and samples at every single hole. From the first tee to the final putt, attendees were able to network with top businesses and enjoy an unforgettable day of connection, making a massive impact for a truly meaningful cause. Westchester Talk Radio host Andrew Castellano caught up with Eric Kelly, Vice President and partner at Safe Shield Insurance, to discuss his background and his company’s client-first philosophy. Eric, who performed well on the course and previously won the event's "Beat the Shark" challenge, explained how he worked his way up from a college intern to a company partner. He emphasized that Safe Shield sets itself apart in the age of AI by ensuring a real human agent always answers the phone and proactively shops for the best client rates every two to three months.
