Love!
I’m an older chick. I started the Dark Tower journey decades ago. When a new book came out I reread the whole series, again and again. After the last book completed the journey (?) I smiled and was content. I can’t argue with the master.
Other books, other journeys (notably HP/JKR) the Dark Tower has been my favorite.
As an old lady figuring out how to wrangle new fang-tangled technology and podcasts I found the Cast of KA. So excited! Rachel and DJ are the best hosts for our book club. They do a deep dive into my favorite story. They’re insightful, funny, and respectful. Love, love, love.
Getting tired of waiting 8 months for the next episode
I’m gonna keep listening but it’s getting tiring how many breaks yall keep taking. You were crankin em out in the beginning and this year we have gotten what 3 casts? Quit it with all the millennial excuses and get some stuff done. It’s a great podcast when it actually is released. Have you ever thought of posting a quick 5 min one saying you can’t post. Or the adventures you had together you never made a quick 5 min thing to say you’re still there? Doesn’t seem that you guys care about your fans at all.
Fun hosts for a deep dive
Many deep-dive podcasts lose the fun of a fandom in their analysis, but DJ and Rachel keep their humor and friendliness going through it all! Their ability to have a great sense of humor about the books and themselves keeps this a great listen.
