Adanta is a young professional in both the tech industry and non-profit sector, with approx. 10 years of experience in management, leadership, and program development. Adanta recently moved to the Bay Area to launch and direct a new branch for her organization, Year Up, which is 1 of 26 sites. After only being in the Bay for a year, Adanta was recently named by “Women of Silicon Valley”--- an initiative that seeks to bridge the gender gap in the tech industry.
