    Mediation Failure and A call for action

The first mediation session was a disaster with no hospital proposals.  The tone has changed and now nurses have to decide on what to do next. Admin and leadership feel that they have the nurses in a position to accept a terrible deal.  Short staffing will continue under this current contract.
