    When Is the Right Time to Hire?

    Hiring your next employee might be the best decision you ever make... or one of the most expensive mistakes. In this episode, we break down the two questions every business owner needs to answer before adding another person to the team: Do you truly need the help? Can your business actually afford it? We discuss why hiring won't fix an unprofitable business, how to know when your current team is being underutilized, and why adding another employee often masks training, leadership, or process problems.
