Titans WASTE Their Best Chance Yet With 4 BRUTAL Mistakes vs Ravens

The Tennessee Titans are 0-4 after losing 24-18 to Derrick Henry and the Baltimore Ravens, but this defeat was not simply about being outmatched by a better football team. Tony Pollard could not secure a Cam Ward pass that became an interception and set up a short Derrick Henry touchdown. Brian Daboll called a Wildcat direct snap to Pollard on fourth-and-goal from the 2-yard line, removing Ward from the play before Baltimore answered with a 98-yard touchdown drive. Carnell Tate fumbled after a 33-yard reception, allowing the Ravens to add a 64-yard field goal before halftime. Then Tennessee’s offense produced three consecutive three-and-outs during a second half in which the Ravens failed to score. Austin Stanley and JT Runkie debate which Titans mistake was the most damaging and what it says about Robert Saleh, Brian Daboll, Cam Ward and a team that keeps finding new ways to lose close games. Ward finished 20-of-31 for 222 yards and led a late rally with a fourth-down completion to Tate, a touchdown pass to Wan’Dale Robinson and a successful two-point conversion to Gunnar Helm. Tate delivered the first major breakout game of his NFL career with nine catches for 145 yards, but his costly fumble helped flip the final minute of the first half. The show also examines Saleh’s response to Daboll’s fourth-and-goal Wildcat call. Was the decision itself correct? Why take the football out of Ward’s hands in the most important situation of the game? And why did Tennessee use Pollard on every offensive snap from inside Baltimore’s 10-yard line during its first two scoring opportunities? Finally, Austin and JT address the viral clip of Ward waiting at his postgame press conference before briefly walking away from the podium. What actually happened, why has the clip attracted so much attention, and are people attempting to manufacture another controversy around the Titans quarterback? Learn more about your ad choices. 2 Rookies Will Decide WHETHER Titans Can Weather the Storm and UPSET Ravens

The Tennessee Titans enter their Week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens as significant underdogs, but two rookies and a potentially rainy afternoon could determine whether Tennessee has a legitimate opportunity to pull off the upset. Baltimore’s offensive line has been devastated by injuries at center. Jovaughn Gwyn and Ethan Pocic both suffered long-term injuries, leaving first-round rookie Vega Ioane preparing to move from right guard to center against the Titans. Ioane was forced into the position late in Baltimore’s Week 3 victory and now receives a full week to prepare for one of the NFL’s most talented defensive tackles in Jeffery Simmons. His move also creates another question at right guard, where Andrew Vorhees and Emery Jones Jr. are among Baltimore’s available options. Can the Titans take advantage of a rookie center making his first NFL start at a new position? Tennessee’s defensive front was supposed to become the foundation of Robert Saleh’s team. This represents the exact type of matchup Jeffery Simmons and the Titans must control if they want to slow down Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry. Tennessee also needs its own first-round rookie to make a major difference. Wide receiver Carnell Tate leads the Titans with 20 targets and 123 receiving yards through three games. Tate has caught 13 passes but has not scored his first NFL touchdown despite consistently creating separation and receiving opportunities near the end zone. Is Sunday the breakout game for Tate? Cam Ward and the Titans offense have struggled to finish drives, generate explosive passing plays and score points during an 0-3 start. A productive performance from Tate could give Ward the outside weapon Tennessee desperately needs against Baltimore. Austin and JT ask which rookie will have the greatest impact on the final result: Ioane trying to survive against Tennessee’s defensive front, or Tate attempting to punish the Ravens’ secondary. The weather could make that rookie battle even more important. Rain is expected around M&T Bank Stadium, potentially creating a physical game built around rushing, blocking, ball security and winning at the line of scrimmage. That brings the conversation directly to Henry. The former Titans superstar faces Tennessee for the first time since leaving the franchise after the 2023 season. Henry has already rushed for 301 yards and an NFL-leading six touchdowns through three games. Can Tennessee stop its former offensive centerpiece, or will Henry provide another painful reminder of everything that has happened since his departure? Join the LIVE conversation: 🏈 Which rookie will play the bigger role: Carnell Tate or Vega Ioane? 🏈 What could doom Tennessee most: Henry, Baltimore’s offensive line adjustment or Zay Flowers? 🏈 Can the Titans exploit a rookie playing center? 🏈 What is your favorite unbelievable Derrick Henry statistic? 🏈 Does the rain help Tennessee’s upset chances or favor Baltimore? 👍 Like the stream 💬 Answer today’s audience questions 🔔 Subscribe for daily Tennessee Titans coverage #TennesseeTitans #Titans #TitansRavens #DerrickHenry #CarnellTate #TitanUp #NFL Learn more about your ad choices. 2 Truths & A Lie: Derrick Henry SPEAKS On Titans And ESPN Insiders Put Cam Ward ON ALERT

Derrick Henry is preparing to face the Tennessee Titans for the first time since leaving Nashville, while two ESPN insiders are raising questions about Cam Ward’s relationship with the Titans and the organization’s patience with its young quarterback. Henry was asked about facing his former team as a member of the Baltimore Ravens and initially joked that the Titans “shipped me out.” He quickly softened that description and made it clear that there is still love between him and the organization. However, Henry also revealed that Tennessee never offered him an opportunity to return before he signed with Baltimore. Were the Titans wrong to move on without even presenting one of the greatest players in franchise history with an offer? Could Tennessee have retained Henry while transitioning toward a younger roster, or was the split inevitable after the 2023 season? The Derrick Henry conversation arrives as ESPN NFL insiders Jeremy Fowler and Dan Graziano offer two alarming descriptions of the situation surrounding Cam Ward. Fowler reported that the Titans want to give Ward more time despite his 3-17 record as an NFL starter. However, Tennessee’s offensive struggles can test the patience of the front office and locker room for only so long. What does the Titans’ internal patience leash actually look like? Is there any realistic scenario in which Ward could be temporarily benched this season, or does Tennessee need to give its young quarterback every possible opportunity to play through his mistakes? Graziano offered an even stronger assessment, describing the situation in Tennessee as being “out of whack” and pointing toward an apparent disconnect between Ward and the Titans’ coaching staff or offensive scheme. Easton and JT debate whether that reported disconnect is supported by Ward’s play, his public comments and the Titans’ offensive results—or whether it represents an overreaction to an 0-3 start. The audience determines where the show begins. Which of these three Titans narratives is most likely the “lie,” meaning the claim that is least supported or potentially most misleading? 🏈 Derrick Henry was “shipped out” by the Titans 🏈 Tennessee’s patience with Cam Ward could begin wearing thin 🏈 An obvious disconnect exists between Ward and the coaching staff Easton and JT will follow the most popular answer from the live chat before examining all three paths. Join the LIVE conversation: 🏈 Were the Titans wrong not to offer Derrick Henry a contract? 🏈 Do you buy or sell the reported Ward-coaching disconnect? 🏈 How long is Tennessee’s internal patience leash for Ward? 🏈 Which Titans narrative is most likely the lie? 👍 Like the stream 💬 Vote in the live poll 🔔 Subscribe for daily Tennessee Titans coverage Learn more about your ad choices. Cam Ward Film Review Reveals the REAL Concern About the Titans QB

Cam Ward’s game-ending interception against the New York Giants was painful, but what does the full film reveal about the Tennessee Titans quarterback? After 20 NFL starts, which parts of Ward’s game should concern Titans fans most—and which criticisms need more context? The Titans are 0-3 entering their Week 4 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Tennessee had a chance to beat New York late, but Ward’s interception on first and goal ended the comeback and intensified the conversation about his development as the franchise quarterback. Easton shares his findings from the Giants film, including plays involving right tackle JC Latham, Ward’s missed touchdown opportunity to rookie wide receiver Carnell Tate, a downfield passing example and the quarterback’s first-half versus second-half performance. Tennessee struggled to sustain offense early against the Giants before producing three extended drives after halftime. Ward finished 23-of-36 for 181 yards, one touchdown and one interception. His late touchdown pass to Wan’Dale Robinson brought the Titans back into the game, but missed red-zone opportunities prevented Tennessee from finishing the comeback. How much of that performance belongs to Ward, and how much belongs to Brian Daboll’s offensive approach? Did the protection give Ward enough opportunities to succeed? Are accuracy, mechanics, pocket movement or consistency the biggest obstacles? Austin and Easton use the film to work through those questions rather than judging the quarterback solely by his final throw. The discussion also turns to the growing calls for a temporary Cam Ward benching. National NFL writer Mike Jones has argued that Tennessee should consider sitting Ward, drawing comparisons to Bryce Young’s experience with the Carolina Panthers. What would a temporary benching actually solve for the Titans? Could watching from the sideline help Ward reset his mechanics and decision-making, or does he need more live repetitions to develop chemistry, recognize situations and execute when games are on the line? Robert Saleh’s comments about Ward’s opportunities in clutch moments help frame the debate. The Titans have had chances to win against both the Philadelphia Eagles and Giants, but their execution in critical situations has left them winless. Austin and Easton also open with Tennessee’s latest offensive line injury news. The Titans placed guards Fernando Carmona and Jackson Slater on injured reserve and promoted Garrett Dellinger to the active roster, creating another challenge as the offense prepares for Baltimore. Join the LIVE conversation: What is your biggest concern about Cam Ward through 20 Titans starts? What would a temporary benching actually accomplish?
