As a new college grad I had no clue where to start when trying to get a mortgage. Probably would have went to my local bank or online but this podcast taught me that’s not what you should do and so much more I had no clue about mortgages. He also recommended a mortgage loan officer near me to help guide me in the right direction. Can’t thank Dan the Mortgage Man enough!

This podcast has been a huge help to me and my husband as we look into planning to buy our first home. Between our parents, friends and the internet, there are a lot of differing philosophies when it comes to home buying. So much so, that we didn’t even know where to even start.
Even the thought of planning to buying a home seemed completely unapproachable and overwhelming. This podcast helped clear up the confusion, and helped give us a solid grasp on the home buying process - something that used to be a daunting mystery!
You can learn a LOT in very little time listening to this podcast. I’ve been recommending it to everyone I talk to that’s looking to buy their first home!
